1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Dravonix Project Estimator ("the Estimator"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Estimator.
2. Preliminary estimates only
Every estimate produced by this tool is preliminary and non-binding. It is calculated by a deterministic pricing engine based on the information you provide and does not constitute a contract, quotation, or offer. Final pricing is confirmed only after a detailed project discussion with Dravonix Media and, where applicable, a signed proposal or agreement.
3. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Estimates generated from incomplete or inaccurate information may not reflect the actual cost of your project. We recommend requesting a consultation for any estimate marked with medium or low confidence.
4. Third-party costs
Domain registration, hosting, premium themes or plugins, advertising or media spend, payment-gateway transaction fees, and applicable taxes are not included in any estimate unless explicitly stated, and are billed separately based on the vendors and services you choose.
5. Intellectual property
Content you submit (project descriptions, reference files, answers) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant Dravonix Media a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of preparing your estimate and any resulting proposal.
6. No warranty
The Estimator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-assisted interpretation may occasionally misread a description; you are always given the opportunity to review and correct the services and answers before an estimate is generated.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Estimator after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
