1. Who we are

Dravonix Media ("we", "us") operates the Dravonix Project Estimator, a tool that helps prospective clients describe a project and receive a preliminary budget estimate. This policy explains what information we collect through the estimator and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide: name, business name, email, WhatsApp number, country.
  • Your project description, reference links, notes, and any files you choose to upload.
  • Answers to the guided questions in the estimator.
  • Basic usage events (e.g. which step you reached) used only to improve the estimator — never sold or shared with advertisers.
  • UTM parameters and referrer information, if present, to understand how you found us.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Calculate and deliver your preliminary estimate.
  • Contact you about your project via your preferred method (WhatsApp, email, or phone).
  • Improve the accuracy and relevance of the estimator over time.
  • Maintain the security and reliability of our systems, including rate-limiting abusive use.

4. AI processing

Your project description may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to help interpret your requirements and suggest relevant services and follow-up questions. The AI cannot set or change pricing, access secrets, or take any action beyond returning a structured summary of your text. If AI processing is unavailable, the estimator continues to work through manual service selection.

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security enabled, and uploaded files are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to authorized Dravonix Media administrators. We use a third-party email provider to deliver estimate summaries and notifications.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at admin@dravonixmedia.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to save your estimator progress on your own device so you can resume later — this data never leaves your browser until you submit the form. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
